Role Objective

As a Sales Account Manager at Interconics, you will be responsible for managing multiple strategic accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of Interconics services and value-added solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales budget, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Role Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with multiple strategic accounts.
Develop and maintain high levels of customer service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide the highest levels of accuracy of customers forecasts.
Identify, engage and deliver on new projects.
Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Interconics full range of services, and unique selling propositions (USP).
Confidently articulate and sell Interconics offerings to meet the diverse needs of strategic accounts.
Collaborate with the Business Development teams to identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities across the TechPoint group of companies.

Utilise business systems such as CRM, ERP, automated quoting tools, etc., for key departmental administration tasks.
Prepare and present customer account data, including spend, quote success rate, on-time delivery (OTD), and on-time in full (OTIF) metrics at quarterly business meetings/reviews.
Internally project manage customer orders to meet on-time delivery (OTD) and on-time in full (OTIF) targets.
Provide regular updates on account statuses during weekly operations and commercial team meetings.
Act as a pragmatic interface between departments, ensuring seamless communication.
Liaise with commercial team colleagues, procurement, and operations to meet customer expectations.

Familiarise yourself with and adhere to company processes, policies, and procedures.
Support and comply with general business and inter-departmental tasks relevant to the job purpose. 

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the electronic manufacturing industry and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using business systems and tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Winman, CalcuQuote).
Ability to analyse and present data effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Objective

As an Internal Sales Account Manager at Interconics, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with our existing and new customer base.

The primary responsibilities include supporting key accounts, ensuring timely and efficient communication, and supporting Senior Account Managers in their external client interactions.

You will work closely with all internal departments to coordinate, clear timely communication to customers on production schedule up-dates, quality progress and follow up on quotations.

Role Responsibilities

Order Management:

Manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders, overseeing order placement, processing, and fulfilment to guarantee accuracy and timely delivery.

Take ownership of the open order book, providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their orders. Proactively identify and communicate any potential areas of risk or opportunities for improvement.

Foster a strong collaboration with the operations and procurement teams to address any issues or provide timely updates related to open orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient order fulfilment process.

Customer Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating responsiveness to inquiries and providing timely, comprehensive responses.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure effective communication channels. This collaboration aims to guarantee that customer needs are fully understood and met promptly, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience.

Data Management and Analysis:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and organized database.

Ensure Pipedrive is up-dated with regular up-dates on the required next steps

Regularly generate reports and conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This analytical approach aims to enhance decision-making processes and optimise overall operational efficiency.

Account Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned house accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.

Proactively address customer needs to ensure higher levels of satisfaction, serving as a strategic partner in their business success.

Monitor account performance metrics, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and tailoring solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Sales Support:

Play a crucial role in supporting the team of Account Managers by actively participating in the preparation for customer meetings and presentations.

Provide comprehensive, pricing details, and other relevant data to bolster sales efforts.

Collaborate in the generation of quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales support roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Role Objective

Interconics are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PCB / PCB-A Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost and lead time for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and PCB assemblies (PCB-As) using Calcuquote software. This role involves collaborating with various departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure precise and competitive quotes are generated for new projects. The PCB / PCB-A Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and project management teams in meeting customer expectations and achieving business goals.

Role Responsibilities

Cost Estimation: 

Utilise Calcuquote software to calculate the cost of PCB and PCB-A components, considering factors such as materials, labour, overhead, and other associated costs.

Analyse and interpret customer-provided documentation, including Gerber files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings, to accurately estimate project requirements.

Supplier Communication:

Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date pricing for materials and services.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and reliable information for the estimation process.

Collaboration with Sales and Project Management:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and expectations.

Collaborate with project management to align on project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accurate estimations support project planning.

Data Analysis:

Analyse historical data and trends to refine and improve the accuracy of future estimates.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the estimation process.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of estimates, including breakdowns of costs and assumptions made during the estimation process.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding the basis of the estimates.

Cost Negotiation:

Participate in cost negotiation discussions with customers, providing insights and justifications for the estimated costs.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with the company’s financial goals. 

Qualifications

5+ Years Proven experience in PCB and PCB-A cost estimation, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes involved.

Proficiency in using Calcuquote software or similar PCB estimation tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in PCB manufacturing.
